Breast augmentation

It has long been the most frequent cosmetic surgery worldwide. It shall provide the solution in cases of:

– unsatisfactory size of breast

– difference of size of the two breasts

– loss of volume, shape and hale of female breast, due to age, after pregnancies, or after weight loss.

Implants of varying volumes, diameter, projection, shape, and texture shall be used which are placed above or below the muscles of the breast, depending on the size, the body and the patient’s desire and always after discussion with the doctor.

The incision is a few inches long and is in the fold under the chest.

Alternatively, there may be a breast augmentation with the use of fat, after liposuction, with sections of only a few millimeters long.

Postoperatively, wearing a sports bra is considered necessary.
