Rhinoplasty

Rhinoplasty corrects the appearance and proportions of the nose, with the aim of an overall harmonic look of the face. It can also improve respiratory function, which may be disturbed by irregularities inside the nose.

The operation can be done using an open or closed approach

In an open rhinoplasty, the scar is located at the lowest point of the nose, is a few millimeters long thus hardly recognizable, while in a closed operation there are no externally visible scars.

For a few days after surgery wearing a suitable small splint is needed.
